Consciousness is the state or quality of awareness that you have about yourself and those around you. It's simply observing yourself and your life from beyond your own ego.
In this podcast I am not referring to the metaphysical levels of consciousness but we are talking about the three levels which are the ones I work in with clients on a daily basis: Conscious, Subconscious, Unconscious.
